Wanis Shieldut is a popular spot in Puchong for Shellout (seafood serve on a table covered with plastic) but did you know it’s also famous for it’s Asam Pedas Claypot, especially during lunch hours.
We visited the shop and had a taste of the Asam Pedas Pari & Tetel, the wner was also kind enough to let us film the whole process, what sets them apart is that the Asam Pedas is mad-to-order and cooked in individual claypots as oppose to other restaurants who usually make a big spot and end up being watery and not thick. At Wanis Shieldout however, you will not encounter such problems, the “kuah” is thick and tasty and arrived to your table straight from the fire.
